I read today this article on the Wired.com AvantGo feed. It’s about how Darpa, the Pentagon’s version of 007’s Q, is developing this antenna thingy that goes on a Hummer’s roof to help soldiers pinpoint where a sniper is shooting from. It’s called “Boomerang”. How long do you think it’ll take before snipers think to take out the Boomerang antenna with their first shot?
