OK, I’ve installed Coppermine, and I’m presently working my way through old posts, updating gallery links to point to the new system. It seems to be more robust than Gallery and less reliant on the file system. It’s up and running, albeit with no new pictures (that’ll come soon).

It’s got a bunch of new features, including:

• automatic display of most recent posts on album list page
• user image rating system
• e-cards
• automatically-populated “most viewed” gallery
• more…
