Hey P, I cam across your site the other day. It’s funny you and I are goign through the same things at the same time. I gave up coffee, junk food and beer all around the same time you did. I was turing into a skinny guy with a beer gut. I joined the gym and everything. I miss beer. Anyway keep it up. Too bad about the cold.
