Thanks to this fitness program we have at work now, I can measure my weight and bodyfat every weekday morning. At night the info gets uploaded to a website that I check daily. It shows my progress in graphical format. I’m sure there’s a way to automate its posting to this site, but until I figure that out, I’ll do it manually every once in a while.

Another thing I should mention is I’m going to stop reporting my weight using my $15 home scale, as I did earlier this morning. I’ll still use that one to show I’m meeting the commitments I outlined earlier, though. Since the work scale makes pretty charts and measures bodyfat, not to mention the incentive to use it daily, ongoing progress will be reported with it.
