Late last week I caught the cold that Leo had, so I ended up being too weak or stuffed up to work out. I stayed on the diet, though. I started feeling much better yesterday, so I got back on the wagon.
Current weight: 226lbs. It seems like pretty rapid weight loss, but I’m not starving myself or getting dehydrated. I think I must have been retaining water before, though, so I expect from here the progress will be more gradual.
